Customer Issue: The customer was having electrical problems, and his crawlspace was too clogged up to be used to access the wires.
Our Solution: This was mostly a clearing job, but after pulling everything out of the crawl space and cleaning it, the team discovered a bad moisture leak from the door’s bottom sealing. Some extra insulation on the bottom of the door made it watertight again.

Customer Issue: Worried mice and rats would infest his commercial property.
Our Solution: Our team inspected various parts of the property, including the roofline, attic, and sub-levels, identifying possible entry points, which were immediately sealed with safe products. Gaps beneath doors were covered with brush strips, and we placed non-lethal traps in strategic locations to catch rodents that might have entered already.

Customer Issue: Fallen Insulation.
Our Solution: The old insulation fell from the crawl space ceiling, so we disposed of it and thoroughly cleaned the area. We installed foam spray insulation as a more durable solution and also to ensure the space is air sealed.

Customer Issue: Rodent Infestation.
Our Solution: We removed a rat carcass from the attic, along with rat droppings and soiled insulation. After closing up all the holes rodents could have used as entry points, we cleaned and decontaminated the space, and installed new insulation.

Customer Issue: Needed air leaks sealed after a small fire.
Our Solution: We removed all the fire-damaged insulation, cleaned the area thoroughly, and added fresh replacement insulation where needed. Then we sealed all openings. The customer was very satisfied with the results.

Customer Issue: Needed to replace storm-damaged insulation.
Our Solution: The customer's crawl space was extremely tight so we were conscious not to do any damage. Once the damaged insulation was removed, we installed fresh new insulation, cleaned up the site and the customer could tell an immediate difference right away in the home's temperature.

Customer Issue: Needed insulation for his newly remodeled home.
Our Solution: We filled the attic with insulation, closed and sealed up the opening properly. We vacuumed each corner and finished the job to the customer's satisfaction.
